Avisha uses your details only to prepare your audit report and, if you ask, to follow up about it. Avisha does not sell your data. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time: info@avisha.ai.

Who runs this tool

The AI Workflow Audit is run by Avisha, Mumbai, India. For anything about your data, write to info@avisha.ai.

What is collected

• About you: your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number and website.
• About your business: business name, industry, team size, a short description, the tasks you select, anything else you describe, and your estimate of weekly hours.
• If you only leave your email: just your email address.

Please don't enter sensitive personal information (for example health or bank details) in the text boxes.

Why

• To analyse your answers and show you your audit report.
• To contact you about your report or Avisha's services, but only if you tick the box that says so, or ask for a consultation.

Your details are not sold, rented or used for advertising.

How it is processed

• Your answers are sent to a third-party AI service provider to write the report. They are used only to produce your report.
• Your details are stored with our website hosting provider.
• These providers may store or process data outside India. You can ask for their names at info@avisha.ai.

How long it is kept

Avisha keeps your details for up to 12 months after your audit, or until you ask for them to be deleted, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask Avisha to show you the data it holds about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@avisha.ai and Avisha will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
